PURPOSE
To prepare the foundation for aviation development in participating countries by improving participants' abilities to maintain and manage through training in basic principles and practice of ICAO's standard DVOR/DME.

• DVOR/DME principle of functioning and composition
• DVOR/DME operation and maintenance methods
• ICAO's SARPs for DVOR/DME
• Practice in functioning principles and maintenance using DVOR/DME developed in the Republic of
Korea
• Expansion and modernization plan of air navigation aids in ROK
